Najeem M Illyas is the Founder of Towncraft and Bangalore Agrico. He serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Towncraft Agrico Pvt Ltd and Bangalore Agrico.

He holds an M.Tech from BITS Pilani and has more than 24 years of experience across information technology, agriculture, automation, supply chain management, training, mentoring, and business development.

With his strong background in technology, agriculture, and business strategy, Najeem M Illyas plays a key role in developing Bangalore Agrico’s farming projects, automation-based agricultural solutions, managed farming models, high-density farming systems, hydroponics, aquaponics, terrace gardening, productive landscaping, and modern agricultural service models.

His leadership combines practical field knowledge, technical architecture, business planning, supply chain understanding, and long-term agricultural vision. Nassarudeen R has over 20 years of experience in finance and the pharmaceutical industry. As the Director and Chief Finance Officer, he plays an important role in the financial management and administrative stability of the company.
